By accessing the Pravas console or rep application, you agree to these terms. If you use Pravas on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to do so.
Pravas records field-force GPS activity and computes travel allowance on GPS-verified road distance at a configured rate. It produces the verified payable figure; actual disbursement remains within the employer's own payroll process.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to defeat or falsify tracking, access data you are not authorised to, or interfere with its operation or security.
Handling of personal and location data is described in our Privacy Policy. Location tracking is intended for the workday and requires representative consent per the employer's HR policy.
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change or be updated over time.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, AI Guru is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. GPS accuracy can be affected by device, coverage and environment; verified figures are best-effort based on available signals.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, unless a separate written agreement with your organisation states otherwise.
